So it’s that time a year again when everyone is pulling in their crops and canning and getting for the long winter ahead. This year I decided to try my hand at Grape Jam. I have grown a grape-vine and it’s in its third year and it produces ok. The grapes are very seedy, skin is thick and the grape its self very sour. So my children don’t like to eat them but I don’t blame them. This year I decided it was time to try jam and it turned out not bad at all. Instead of white sugar I used honey and I didn’t seal it because I plan on eating it right chicken louie.
I also tried my hand at Vanilla. Yum super easy.
